Diese Seite wird bei Netlify, Inc. (101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA) gehostet. Beim rein informatorischen Besuch dieser Seite erheben wir selbst keine personenbezogenen Daten. Technisch bedingt kann Ihr Browser automatisch bestimmte Informationen an Netlify als Hosting-Anbieter übertragen (u. a. Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs, Browsertyp, Betriebssystem, IP-Adresse). Diese Daten dienen ausschließlich der technischen Bereitstellung der Seite. IV. Der AI Pulse Score – Selbsttest

Der AI Pulse Score ist ein interaktiver Selbsttest. Ihre Antworten werden während der Nutzung ausschließlich lokal in Ihrem Browser verarbeitet und berechnet – sie werden nicht übertragen, solange Sie kein Ergebnis anfordern.

Wenn Sie am Ende des Tests Ihre geschäftliche E-Mail-Adresse und optional Ihren Firmennamen angeben, um Ihren Pulse Score zu erhalten, werden diese Angaben zusammen mit Ihrem Testergebnis (Score, Bewertungsstufe, die beiden schwächsten Bereiche) über Netlify Forms an uns übermittelt und dort gespeichert, damit wir:

• Ihnen Ihr Testergebnis zusenden und auf Ihre Anfrage reagieren können,
• gelegentlich themenbezogene Folgeinformationen senden, sofern Sie dem nicht widersprechen.

Rechtsgrundlage ist Ihre Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO) sowie die Durchführung vorvertraglicher Maßnahmen auf Ihre Anfrage hin (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO). Mit Netlify als Auftragsverarbeiter besteht ein Vertrag nach Art. 28 DSGVO; die unter Abschnitt III. genannten Garantien (Data Privacy Framework, Standardvertragsklauseln) gelten entsprechend auch für diese Übermittlung. Sie können Ihre Einwilligung jederzeit mit Wirkung für die Zukunft widerrufen – formlos per E-Mail an contact@venturelabs.team.

V. Kontaktaufnahme

Der Button „Termin vereinbaren" öffnet Ihr eigenes E-Mail-Programm mit einer vorausgefüllten Nachricht an contact@venturelabs.team. Wir erhalten dabei nur die Angaben, die Sie uns aktiv per E-Mail zusenden, und nutzen diese ausschließlich zur Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage.

VI. Cookies

Diese Seite setzt keine eigenen Analyse- oder Marketing-Cookies. Ihre Quiz-Antworten werden während der Sitzung nur im Arbeitsspeicher Ihres Browsers gehalten, nicht in Cookies oder lokalem Speicher abgelegt.

VII. Google Fonts

Diese Seite bindet die Schriftart „Poppins" über Google Fonts ein. Beim Aufruf der Seite wird dazu eine Verbindung zu Servern von Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) hergestellt, wobei Ihre IP-Adresse übertragen werden kann. VIII. Weitergabe an Dritte

Eine Weitergabe Ihrer Daten an Dritte erfolgt nur, soweit dies zur Erbringung der von Ihnen angefragten Leistung erforderlich ist – insbesondere an Netlify, Inc. als Hosting- und Formular-Dienstleister (siehe Abschnitte III. und IV.) – oder wir gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet sind. Eine Verarbeitung Ihrer Daten in den USA findet im Rahmen der Netlify- und Google-Fonts-Verbindungen statt (siehe Abschnitte III., IV. und VII.); beide Anbieter sind nach dem EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert bzw. setzen EU-Standardvertragsklauseln ein.

Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit sowie Widerspruch gegen die Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten. Wenden Sie sich hierzu an contact@venturelabs.team oder unseren Datenschutzbeauftragten (siehe oben). Ihnen steht zudem ein Beschwerderecht bei einer Datenschutzaufsichtsbehörde zu, z. B. beim Landesbeauftragten für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen.

III. General use of the website

This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA). We do not collect personal data ourselves for purely informational visits to this site. For technical reasons, your browser may automatically transmit certain information to Netlify as our hosting provider (including date and time of access, browser type, operating system, and IP address). This data is used solely to technically deliver the site. Netlify processes this under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR and is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (including its UK and Swiss-U.S. extensions); EU Standard Contractual Clauses (European Commission Decision 2021/914) apply as an additional safeguard.

IV. The AI Pulse Score self-assessment

The AI Pulse Score is an interactive self-assessment. Your answers are processed and calculated entirely locally in your browser while you take it — they are not transmitted anywhere unless you request a result.

If, at the end of the test, you provide your work email address and, optionally, your company name to receive your Pulse Score, that information is submitted together with your test result (score, band, and your two weakest dimensions) via Netlify Forms and stored there, so that we can:

• send you your test result and respond to your inquiry,
• occasionally send related follow-up information, unless you opt out.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Netlify as processor; the safeguards named in section III (Data Privacy Framework, Standard Contractual Clauses) apply equally to this transfer. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, informally by email to contact@venturelabs.team.

V. Getting in touch

The "Book a call" button opens your own email application with a pre-filled message to contact@venturelabs.team. We only receive the information you actively choose to send us by email, and we use it solely to handle your inquiry.

VI. Cookies

This page does not set its own analytics or marketing cookies. Your quiz answers are held only in your browser's memory for the duration of your session — not in cookies or local storage.

VII. Google Fonts

This page embeds the "Poppins" typeface via Google Fonts. Loading the page establishes a connection to Google LLC servers (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA), which may transmit your IP address. More information: policies.google.com/privacy.

VIII. Disclosure to third parties

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection regarding your personal data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. the North Rhine-Westphalia data protection authority.
